At Key Home Goods, our cutting boards are made to last a lifetime and beyond. We stand behind the quality of craftsmanship that goes into each one we sell. For that reason, we guarantee our cutting boards will last. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a cutting board purchased from us, we will either repair the board or replace it with a new one as close to the original as possible. Just ship your board to us or if local schedule a pickup, and let us work our magic. Once repaired or replaced, we will pay for the shipment back to you or arrange to deliver it to you for local customers. 

 

With the purchase of a board, you also receive free resurfacing for the life of the board. No wooden cutting board is impervious to knife marks on the cutting surface with continued use over time. Once your board has accumulated a large amount contact us at support@keyhomegoods.com, return the board to us, and we will resurface it. The customer will be responsible for return shipment to us via mail or scheduled local pickup, and we will coordinate local delivery or pay for shipment of the resurfaced board.
